Cordova: "captureImage()" doesn't work properly

Description

steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Cordova
2. Tap on Capture
3. Tap on "captureImage()" button, and then tap the same button again.

**result:
After tapping on "captureImage()" button, user can NOT see the camera application that is launched, but actually one picture is already taken along with a click sound, only go to photo album, user can see the photo just taken. When tap on this button again, two photos are taken continuously
**expected result:
After tapping on "captureImage()" button, camera application is launched and user can see the photo that is just taken without going to photo album. Every time tapping on the button, only one photo is taken.

Is this issue still significant? Is it working?

Because I want to add some feature on ARES for cordova API, I need to check the still opened issues on ARES backlog.
